Sally and I had almost daily entries in private messages. We were both going through our cancer treatments at the same time and would compare chemo treatments, medicines, etc. I had hodgkin’s lymphoma, which was a much different diagnosis than Sally, but we had a few similarities. She was always interested in how I was doing and I cared deeply how she was feeling. I am presently cancer free but on a maintenance treatment every other month for two years. I am sad Sally is no longer texting me, but thrilled that she too is cancer free!! Some day I will see her again and catch up on all her happenings!! PTL!
